What to write to us about
A mistake on a page
Send the page address and what is wrong. A misread source, a price that has moved and a broken link all count. What happens next is set out in the corrections policy.
A question about a source
Name the page and the claim. We will point you to the study, label or document the claim came from.
Your data
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, write from the address you signed up with. The privacy policy lists what the site collects.
Sponsorship
Use the form on the advertise page. Sponsors never buy a ranking, a verdict or a change to what a page says.
What helps us answer faster
Send the full page address, copied from your browser bar, not just the page title. Then quote the exact sentence, number or table row you mean. Long pages have many figures, and a screenshot saves a back and forth.
For a calculator, include the numbers you typed in and the result you expected. Every calculator runs in your browser, so we cannot see what you entered. For a price, tell us where you saw the newer price and on what date.
Writing to us does not add you to any email list. Your address is used to reply to you and nothing else.
Journalists and researchers
If you are writing about peptides or the market in Vietnam, we can point you to the sources behind a page, explain how a calculator does its math, or tell you when a price snapshot was taken. Say who you write for and what you need.
What we cannot answer by email
We are a reference site, not a clinic. A reply from us will never pick a product or an amount for you, or say whether to start or stop a medicine. We will not read your symptoms or lab results. Those questions belong with a doctor or pharmacist who can see you.
Orders, payments and deliveries from our supply partner, Peptara Labs, are handled by Peptara Labs. We cannot see or change an order.
Not sure whether your question fits? Send it anyway. If it is outside what we can answer, we will say so and point you to the kind of person or office that can.
If something is wrong right now
Do not wait for an email reply. If you injected more than you meant to, or you feel faint, short of breath, or have chest pain or a strong allergic reaction, call 115 for an ambulance in Vietnam, or your local emergency number, or go to the nearest hospital. Take the vial or pen with you so staff can see what it is.
