Peptide Dosage Chart: Study Doses, Units and Vial Sizes
Peptide dosage chart below covers all 51 peptides this site profiles and, for each one, the dose it actually has behind it. 26 report a dose from a named trial or an approved label; the other 25 have no human dose published. Every row names its source, gives the vial size, and links a calculator for the units math.
What makes this chart different
- A named source on every dose. Each figure names its trial or label, and links it where a public page exists.
- No invented numbers. Where only animal data exists, the row says no human dose published.
- Math stays in the tools. Each row links to the calculator that turns milligrams into units.
Disclaimer: every figure here is a study or label dose reported for research, taken from the study or label named in its row, not advice to take any amount. Most of these peptides have no approved human dose. Any dose, route or decision belongs with a licensed clinician.
Sources: Live US top 10 for "peptide dosage chart", read 22 October 2026: every page in the top 10 is a calculator, a goal-grouped protocol list or a thin dose list, and none names a source for each dose or marks where no human dose exists; openFDA HUMULIN R U-100 insulin record, where one millilitre reads as 100 units
How to read the chart
The chart is split by what each peptide is studied for. Every row has five parts, and the dose column is the one to read carefully.
- Published dose or status. A figure when a trial or an approved label gives one. The plain words no human dose published when none does.
- Source. The exact trial (by PubMed ID) or the label behind that figure, linked where a public page exists.
- Vial size. The research vial the profile names, or a note such as pen, tablet or serum when it is sold another way.
- Calculator. A link to the tool that converts that compound into syringe units, or none where no tool fits.

How the units math works
The chart lists milligrams, but a U-100 insulin syringe is marked in units, and the whole 1 mL barrel counts as 100 of them. To move between the two you need the strength of the mixed vial, which is the vial milligrams divided by the water you added.
- Strength: vial mg divided by water mL gives mg per mL.
- Volume: your amount in mg divided by that strength gives mL.
- Units: that mL times 100 gives U-100 syringe units.
Here is a worked 10 mg vial, the most common research size, at the three water volumes most people use.
| Bac water | Strength | 0.5 mg | 1 mg |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 mL | 10 mg/mL | 5 units | 10 units |
| 2 mL | 5 mg/mL | 10 units | 20 units |
| 3 mL | 3.33 mg/mL | 15 units | 30 units |
Give any vial and amount to the peptide reconstitution calculator and it works these three steps for you, while the insulin syringe units chart shows how each mark on the barrel maps to millilitres.

Common questions
How often do you inject peptides?+
It depends on the peptide and the study behind it. Some published schedules are once weekly, such as the GLP-1 trial doses. Others in research are daily or, for the few approved drugs, follow their own label. This chart lists the schedule each compound profile reports, and no schedule here is a personal plan. Disclaimer: every figure here is a study or label dose reported for research, taken from the study or label named in its row, not advice to take any amount. Most of these peptides have no approved human dose. Any dose, route or decision belongs with a licensed clinician.
How long does a 10mg vial of peptide last?+
A 10 mg vial holds 10 mg no matter how much water you add. If a study amount is 1 mg, the vial gives 10 full draws; at 0.5 mg it gives 20; at 2 mg it gives 5. The water you add only changes the units you draw, not how many milligrams are in the vial.
What not to mix peptides with?+
This chart does not tell you to stack anything. Each compound profile notes what a study used and what has not been tested together, and many pairings in community use have no trial behind them. Mixing is a clinical decision, so read each profile and speak to a licensed clinician before combining anything.
Why do so many rows say no human dose published?+
Because many research peptides have never been given an approved or tested human dose. Of the 51 compounds here, 26 report a study or label dose and 25 do not. Where a compound has only animal data or no set human amount, this chart says so plainly instead of printing a number that no study supports.
How do I turn a dose in milligrams into syringe units?+
Work out the strength first. Divide the vial milligrams by the water millilitres to get mg per mL. Then divide your amount by that strength to get millilitres, and multiply by 100 for U-100 syringe units. For a 10 mg vial with 2 mL, that is 5 mg per mL, so 1 mg is 20 units. The reconstitution calculator runs these steps as you type.
